Discovery
You complete Leadership Catalyst (or Leadership Catalyst 360) online, then sit down for a 90-minute debrief with an ELI Master Practitioner. Together, you'll unpack your results, walk through the 7 Levels of Energy Leadership, and start naming the patterns that show up when you're under deadline pressure, leading through change, or managing a difficult team dynamic.
Course-Setting
Two 50-minute follow-up coaching sessions help you put your debrief insights into practice. You'll identify your Average Resonating Level (A.R.L.) of energy, get feedback on the shifts you're making, and leave with a clear, practical path toward the leadership presence, and team culture, you're aiming for.
